Over the past few years, local wellness coach Jennifer has heard a common concern from clients:

“I know I need to make changes… I just don’t know where to start, or I’m not ready for a full program.”

To meet that need, she’s launching a new membership program designed to provide structure, guidance, and accountability—without the intensity of one-on-one coaching.

The program focuses on building sustainable habits in a practical, manageable way. Each month highlights a key area of health—such as cravings, metabolism, gut health, hormones, or stress—allowing participants to make progress without feeling overwhelmed.

Members will receive:
• A clear monthly focus
• Simple, realistic guidance (no extremes or fad approaches)
• Meal plans and recipes
• Ongoing accountability and support

“This isn’t about perfection or quick fixes,” Jennifer said. “It’s about learning how to support your body in a way that actually works long-term.”

The membership officially begins April 1, with enrollment details expected to be released soon.

In good health,
