Get ready to tumble down the rabbit hole, Columbia. The dance-illusionist company MOMIX is bringing its production of Alice to the Koger Center for the Arts for one night only on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, at 7:30 p.m.

Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, Alice blends illusion, acrobatics, magic, and whimsy to bring the beloved story to life on stage. Audiences will encounter the undulating Caterpillar, a lobster quadrille, frenzied White Rabbits, and a mad Queen of Hearts.

Director Moses Pendleton said, “I don’t intend to retell the whole Alice story, but to use it as a taking off point for invention. I’m curious to see what will emerge, and I’m getting curiouser and curiouser the more I learn about Lewis Carroll, who, like me, was a devoted photographer.”

Tickets went on sale Sept. 2 and are available at the Koger Center Box Office, online at KogerCenterForTheArts.com, through the official Koger Center mobile app, or by calling 803-251-2222.
