One of the Midlands’ most anticipated events is back on the calendar. Dining on the Dam, presented by Palmetto Renovations, will return Sunday, September 21, after its original spring date was postponed due to inclement weather.
The Lexington Chamber of Commerce expects more than 1,000 guests to gather for the evening, which offers fine dining, live entertainment, and stunning views atop the Lake Murray Dam. Southern Way Catering will provide the meal, while live music will come from The Big Time Band.
“I’ve had the pleasure of attending Dining on the Dam previously, and each time I’ve been amazed by the incredible atmosphere, the breathtaking views, and the sense of community that fills the event,” said Matthew Graham, president and owner of Palmetto Renovations, this year’s presenting sponsor.
Tickets purchased for the postponed April 6 date will be honored in September. New tickets are available now at diningonthedamsc.com.
“We are incredibly excited to host this popular gathering in the fall,” said Chamber CEO Angelle LaBorde. “It’s more than just an evening out—it’s an opportunity to create lasting memories, connect with others, and experience Lake Murray in a unique way.”
