If any of these sound familiar, you&rsquo;re not alone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"391\"><strong data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"391\">1) Why Everyone&rsquo;s Constipated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"462\">Many people assume fiber is the issue&mdash;but most of the time, it&rsquo;s not.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"486\">What I see more often:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"590\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wotpva\" data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"507\">Not enough water<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sme7gq\" data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"565\">Sluggish thyroid function (especially when T3 is low)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fw0t7j\" data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"590\">Magnesium deficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"709\">If your body lacks proper hydration, signaling, or mineral support, adding more fiber can actually make things worse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"868\">Before reaching for something like psyllium husk, ask yourself: Are you truly hydrated? And has your thyroid been fully evaluated&mdash;including T3, not just TSH?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"911\"><strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"911\">2) The Supplement I&rsquo;m Using This Week<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"1025\">This week, I&rsquo;m using L-glutamine (5g, twice daily) with a client dealing with gut issues and food sensitivities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1143\">Glutamine is the primary fuel source for intestinal cells. When the gut lining is compromised, it can contribute to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1204\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1qp7729\" data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1166\">Food sensitivities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ncfl3t\" data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1183\">Inflammation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"173lf5c\" data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1204\">Digestive issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1295\">Supporting the gut lining is a key step in improving function&mdash;not just managing symptoms.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1544\">The product I often recommend is Thorne&rsquo;s L-Glutamine powder. For individuals with:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1910\">\n<li data-section-id=\"10bdsby\" data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1832\">Histamine intolerance<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ae26jm\" data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1881\">Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"l45s7b\" data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1910\">An already irritated gut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1983\">Fermented foods like sauerkraut or kimchi can actually worsen symptoms.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2098\">This is where many people become frustrated&mdash;they&rsquo;re doing what they&rsquo;ve been told is healthy, yet they feel worse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2203\">That&rsquo;s because gut health is not one-size-fits-all.
