All nominees must also be in compliance with the <strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"732\">South Carolina Solicitation of Charitable Funds Act<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"933\">Nominations for the <strong data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"772\">2025 Angels<\/strong> should include the organization&rsquo;s name, location or contact information, and an explanation of why the charity deserves recognition. Letters may be mailed to:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"1054\"><strong data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"996\">Secretary of State&rsquo;s Office, Division of Public Charities<\/strong><br data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"999\" \/>1205 Pendleton Street, Suite 525<br data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1034\" \/>Columbia, SC 29201<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1097\">or emailed to <strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1094\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1092\">charities@sos.sc.gov<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1150\">The deadline for nominations is <strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1147\">September 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1464\">For more information about registration requirements for charitable organizations, fundraisers, or raffles, visit <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/sos.sc.gov\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1298\">sos.sc.gov<\/a>.
