Known for its breathtaking visuals and heartfelt storytelling, the studio has created beloved classics such as <em data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"707\">My Neighbor Totoro<\/em>, <em data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"724\">Spirited Away<\/em>, <em data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"748\">Howl&rsquo;s Moving Castle<\/em>, and <em data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"774\">Princess Mononoke.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"1073\">&ldquo;This concert is a dream for both movie lovers and music lovers,&rdquo; said <strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"870\">Morihiko Nakahara<\/strong>, Music Director of the SC Philharmonic. &ldquo;Hisaishi&rsquo;s work transcends the screen. It&rsquo;s music that can stand alone in a concert hall, yet still stirs the same emotions as when you first saw these films.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1220\">Audiences in the Midlands will have the chance to hear <strong data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1162\">Joe Hisaishi&rsquo;s iconic scores<\/strong> performed live by the full South Carolina Philharmonic.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1536\">Tickets range from <strong data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1258\">$39 (balcony)<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1287\">$69 (premium seating)<\/strong> and can be purchased online at <strong data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1341\">SCPhilharmonic.com<\/strong> or by calling the Koger Center Box Office at <strong data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1403\">803-251-2222<\/strong> (Monday&ndash;Friday, 9 a.m.&ndash;5 p.m.).
