Each dish is crafted by Executive Chef <strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"545\">Dant&eacute; Serra<\/strong>, with courses themed after birds such as the <strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"689\">cerulean warbler, American redstart, golden-crowned kinglet, belted kingfisher, Canada warbler<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"720\">roseate spoonbill<\/strong>, the namesake of the dinner series.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"949\">Throughout the night, SCWF Industry Habitat Manager <strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"822\">Jay Keck<\/strong> will present insights about each bird, sharing the conservation challenges they face and how the public can help protect them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1141\">Tickets are <strong data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"982\">$125 per person<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1031\">vegan and vegetarian options available<\/strong>.
