COLUMBIA, S.C.<\/strong> – The South Carolina Wildlife Federation (SCWF) invites nature lovers and food enthusiasts to a unique dining experience on Wednesday, July 17<\/strong>, from 6 to 9 p.m.<\/strong> at The Hollow<\/strong> in Columbia.<\/p>\n

The evening will feature a five-course, wine-paired conservation dinner<\/strong> inspired by imperiled bird species. Each dish is crafted by Executive Chef Danté Serra<\/strong>, with courses themed after birds such as the cerulean warbler, American redstart, golden-crowned kinglet, belted kingfisher, Canada warbler<\/strong>, and the roseate spoonbill<\/strong>, the namesake of the dinner series.<\/p>\n

Throughout the night, SCWF Industry Habitat Manager Jay Keck<\/strong> will present insights about each bird, sharing the conservation challenges they face and how the public can help protect them.<\/p>\n

Tickets are $125 per person<\/strong>, with vegan and vegetarian options available<\/strong>. Sales close on July 10<\/strong>, and proceeds will support SCWF’s statewide education and conservation programs.<\/p>\n
