He is accused of trafficking fentanyl and faces charges for having a gun during a violent crime and for being an unlawful alien in possession of a weapon.<\/p>\n<p>The arrest happened after officers searched a house on Bush Berry Road. During the search, agents found over 253 grams of fentanyl, a handgun, ammunition, and more than $9,000 in cash.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Thanks to the hard work of our narcotics agents and the DEA, we were able to take these dangerous drugs and weapons off the streets,&rdquo; said Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon.<\/p>\n<p>Doroteo is being held at the Lexington County Detention Center.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pelion, S.C. &ndash; A 22-year-old man has been arrested and faces serious charges after a drug raid in Pelion last week.
