The tournament has been rescheduled for <strong>May 5-9, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>ABA President <strong>Morris Sheehan<\/strong> expressed his concern for those affected by the hurricane, stating, &ldquo;Our thoughts are with the Columbia community and everyone impacted by this disaster. The safety and well-being of the residents, first responders, and our anglers remain our top priority.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miriam Atria<\/strong>, President\/CEO of CCLMC, added, &ldquo;We understand the challenges the region is facing and made this difficult decision with respect for the ongoing recovery efforts.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>American Fishing Tour (AFT)<\/strong>, a tournament series tailored for non-professional anglers, will return to Lake Murray, where the first national AFT championship took place in 2000.
