As of <strong>noon on Saturday<\/strong>, 410 obstructed roads had been reported, with workers clearing 240 and 170 roads still in need of attention.<\/p>\n<p>In a social media update, the sheriff&rsquo;s department urged drivers to be cautious and follow these instructions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you encounter a barricade while driving, <strong>turn around<\/strong> and find an alternate route.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call 911 only for emergencies<\/strong>.
