All-State guard Cam Scott, a recent graduate and state boys’ basketball champion from Lexington High School, and now a freshman on the University of South Carolina men’s basketball team, returned to his roots this past Saturday for a Back-to-School Weekend event at his alma mater, Pleasant Hill Middle School.<\/p>\n
During the event, camp attendees had the opportunity to hone their basketball skills and receive tips from Scott, who holds the title of all-time leading scorer in Lexington High School history. The weekend of activities continued with a special bowling night for third through fifth graders, where young students had the chance to engage with the local sports star in a fun and interactive setting.<\/p>\n
