The boat tie-up music festival is in its 9th year providing &#8216;a unique festival component to the celebration and presents the community with an appreciation of togetherness through traditional rock\/reggae\/funk music paired with DJ inspired flavors of the islands.&rsquo;<\/p>\n<p>Bands included Villa Nova, Sun Dried Vibes, Henry Fong and Brian Dawe.
