Inc. owns and operates four printed newspapers and online news sites in the Columbia metro market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The New Irmo News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Northeast News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Cayce-West Columbia News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Lake Murray News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The GPS Triangle News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All five printed papers are established, (averaging 20 years each),\u00a0<strong>WEEKLY<\/strong>\u00a0community newspapers, that are\u00a0<strong>\u201cHyper Local\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in content, serves the needs of the respective communities, with\u00a0local\u00a0distribution in each area. The newspapers focus on \u201cbuilding community\u201d among our readers and in the Midlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DISTRIBUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8,000 copies of each newspaper (32,000 copies in total) are distributed every Thursday and Friday&nbsp;to more than 1600&nbsp;locations in Richland and Lexington Counties. Distribution locations include various businesses, chambers of commerce, restaurants, doctor\u2019s offices, gas stations and waiting rooms around the Midlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEADLINES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advertising deadlines are as follows:<br>Display Ads\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 5pm Monday, 4 days prior<br>Classified Ads\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026. &nbsp;5pm Monday, 4 days prior<br>Preprinted Inserts\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026. 5pm Friday, 7&nbsp;days prior<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADVERTISING POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publisher maintains the right to accept or reject any advertisement. Publisher has the right to change rates upon 30 days written notice. If exercised, the advertiser may cancel advertising scheduled prior to the change. Advertiser assumes liability for content of advertising and claims therefrom against the publisher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADVERTISING AGENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All advertising rates are gross.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NON-PROFIT RATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 10% rate discount applies to ads placed by charities, churches, and other nonprofit organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WEB ADVERTISING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banner ads are available on most of the pages on our website. Please contact us for pricing, sizes, etc. The four online sites are supported through multiple platforms of social media and have developed over 25,000 followers. The unique visitors count for all sites &nbsp;is&nbsp;reaching over 10,000per month and growing. The online sites were established in March of 2014 and only went \u201cLive\u201d in July of 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PAYMENT POLICY<\/strong><br>All payments are due with advertising. A 5% cash discount will be granted when payment is received prior to the advertising deadline. Payment is due 30 days after invoicing for organizations who have established credit with Linc, Inc.
