Columbia-based full-service communications and marketing agency, Flock and Rally, proudly announces the addition of Halleigh Carlson to their advertising department as the agency’s new integrated media buyer.

Carlson, an experienced advertising professional, specializes in executing integrated media plans across both digital and traditional channels. In her role as integrated media buyer, she optimizes paid social media and search campaigns, manages media buys, provides media recommendations, creates tracking reports, manages budgets, and builds vendor relationships.
Supporting a portfolio of Flock and Rally’s advertising clients, Carlson works with notable organizations such as Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, the Columbia Metropolitan Airport, LTC Hospitality, South Carolina State Fair, South Carolina Department of Mental Health, South Carolina State Museum, Welvista, and more.

Carlson joins Flock and Rally from Wier / Stewart, a full-service creative agency in Augusta, GA, where she served as an integrated media specialist. Before that, she served in the United States Navy as a Persian-Farsi linguist. Currently, Carlson serves as the membership chair on the board for AAF Midlands, the local chapter of the American Advertising Federation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in digital audiences from Arizona State University.
