The American Council of Engineering Companies of South Carolina (ACEC-SC) recognized 26 graduates of its 2025-26 Future Leaders Program during the South Carolina Engineering Conference & Trade Show held in June.<\/p>\n
The Future Leaders Program is ACEC-SC’s premier leadership development initiative, designed to prepare high-performing professionals for future leadership roles within their firms, communities and the engineering profession.<\/p>\n
Over the course of 10 months, participants completed training focused on leadership, project management, business development, financial management, advocacy, government affairs, ethics and risk management. The program also provided opportunities to build relationships with peers from engineering firms across South Carolina.<\/p>\n
“Technical expertise is essential in our profession, but strong leadership is what will shape the future of our industry,” said Dr. Jeff Mulliken, PE, Fellow ACEC and chair of the Future Leaders Program. “This program equips participants with the skills, perspective and relationships needed to lead successfully.”<\/p>\n
The 2025-26 Future Leaders Program graduates are:<\/p>\n
Since its creation, the Future Leaders Program has developed a pipeline of emerging industry leaders who now serve on ACEC-SC committees, boards and leadership teams throughout South Carolina’s consulting engineering community.<\/p>\n
ACEC-SC’s mission is to advocate for, advance and protect the business interests of engineering firms while promoting the highest standards of the engineering profession in South Carolina.<\/p>\n
