Rickenmann<\/strong>, City Councilmembers, <strong data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"598\">City Manager Teresa Wilson<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"639\">Assistant City Manager Henry Simons<\/strong>, community leaders, and partners will take part in the reopening ceremony.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"929\">Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a full day of <strong data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"815\">live music, local food, and family fun<\/strong> during the <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"854\">Jam Room Music Festival<\/strong>, featuring local, regional, and national performers throughout the park.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1245\">Festivities continue on <strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"978\">Sunday, November 16<\/strong>, with the <strong data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1009\">Day Two Festival<\/strong> from <strong data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1033\">noon to 8 p.m.<\/strong>, filling downtown Columbia with the sounds of <strong data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1113\">gospel, funk, brass, and folk<\/strong> music. Food vendors and new park amenities will be available throughout the day.
