Spring Hill High School served as the host site for the Carolinas Weightlifting Championships on October 18–19, welcoming some of the region’s strongest student-athletes. The two-day event featured weightlifters from clubs across both North and South Carolina, including competitors with national and international experience.<\/p>\n
Athletes ranged from elementary-aged lifters to high school competitors, giving young weightlifters the chance to showcase their skills in a highly competitive environment. Coaches from throughout the Carolinas were also in attendance, offering support and guidance to the next generation of strength athletes.<\/p>\n
