Walker of Columbia. The child was shot while inside a vehicle in the 200 block of Harbison Boulevard and was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p>The Lexington County Coroner&rsquo;s Office, Columbia Police Department, and the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) are actively investigating the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities have not released further details as the investigation is ongoing.
